Developed and managed by AHPRA (Australia Healthy Practitioner Regulation Agency)

Application process:
language test (OET 4 B)
OBA (Outcomes-Based-Assessment) assessment
online theory test (NCLEX-RN)
physical skills test (OSCE)
registration RN certificate

Suitable people

Nursing bachelor degree or above, nursing junior college can apply for EN;
have at least 450 hours of nursing work experience in the past 5 years;
Chinese nurse practitioner certificate
IELTS 4 7 or OET 4 B

OET (Occupational English Test)

Examination time: available throughout the year
Exam location: There are 40 examination centers around the world, mainland candidates can take
the examination in Hong Kong
Exam content: listening, speaking, reading, writing
Exam fee: 587 Australian dollars

OBA exam

Theory Exam (NCLEX-RN) Location and Time:
Examination time: available throughout the year (except holidays)
Locations: Hong Kong, the United States, the Philippines, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada,
Guam, Japan, India, Taiwan, Mexico, etc.
Practical Examination (OSCE) Location and Time:
A maximum of 5 times are arranged each year, and NMBA will arrange the exam time according
to the number of people taking the exam.
