    What is the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) (Introduction)?

    The Institute of Public Accountants (IPA Group) includes the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA), the Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA) and the Australian Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, and approved by the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC). It is a large-scale accounting professional group that provides high-quality services to small and medium-sized firms/small and medium-sized enterprises around the world recognized by the Confederation of Accountants in Asia Pacific (CAPA), representing the interests of more than 46,000 members and students from more than 100 countries and regions.

    The full name of IPA is the Institute of Public Accountants Institute, one of the three professional accountants with the same legal status recognized by the Australian government, and a skilled immigration assessment agency designated by the Australian Immigration Bureau. It is fully recognized by the Australian federal law and state laws. The members of the association are Qualified accountants recognized by the Australian government, and members of the association have equivalent status under the regulations of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). Members who hold the formal membership of IPA are legally qualified accountants in Australia and can use the title of Australian Certified Public Accountant.

      1)Applicants who meet one of the following conditions can pass the assessment and be exempted from the professional ability test of the corresponding subjects :
